Description

Cyprus's National Recovery and Resilience plan (NRRP) has a budget of EUR 1.2 billion. The NRRP includes 133 reform and investment measures across several areas and has five priority-axes:

  1. a resilient healthcare system
  2. green transition
  3. a competitive economy with efficient institutions
  4. digital transformation
  5. a modern educational system and social state.

These priority-axes include several investment priorities that will be contributing to reskilling and upskilling. The Directorate for RRF of the General Secretariat for Development, Ministry of Finance, is the main public authority responsible for the implementation of the NRRP.
