Overview
Objectives
The objectives of this action are to prioritise European social dialogue in the context of the EU cross-industry and sectoral social dialogue committees' work programmes and to strengthen the collective bargaining and involvement of social partners in the European Semester to enhance their contribution to EU policy making.
Activities/actions supported
Supported activities under this call include conferences, seminars, round tables, studies, surveys, publications, training courses, development of training tools, the setting up of networks and the development and exchange of best practices. Actions should be accessible to people with disabilities and respect gender equality and anti-discrimination principles.
Anticipated outcomes
Anticipated outcomes include increased expertise of workers' representatives to further participation in European social dialogue and EU policy-making, better understanding of issues discussed in European social dialogue, exchange of ideas and experiences on European social dialogue, and improved capacity of workers' organisations.

Overview of eligibility criteria
To be eligible, applicants (beneficiaries, affiliated entities and associated partners) must be legal entities (public or private bodies) established and registered in one of the eligible countries (i.e.: EU Member States, and candidate countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye and Ukraine).
Beneficiaries and affiliated entities must register in the Participant Register — before submitting the proposal — and will have to be validated by the Central Validation Service (REA Validation). For the validation, they will be requested to upload documents showing legal status and origin. Other entities may participate in other consortium roles.
Overview of award criteria
The award criteria (min. 60/100) are composed of relevance (max. 30 points), quality, including project design and implementation (max. 25 points) and project team and cooperation arrangements (max. 25 points), and impact (max. 20 points). Individual thresholds per criterion are 16/30, 13/25 and 11/20 points.

Applications must be submitted before the call deadline and electronically via the Funding & Tenders Portal Electronic Submission System. Paper submissions are not possible.
