Description

Regione Molise is the public authority responsible for the ESF+ implementation in the Molise region in Italy.  It manages the regional ESF+/ERDF  Programme for Molise, RP Molise ERDF ESF+ 2021-2027, which includes a priority area on making the region more social by investing in education and training.

Under this priority, objective ESO4.5 focuses on improving the quality, inclusivity and relevant of education and training to ensure they better match the needs of the labour market, including through the recognition of competences acquired through formal and informal education, and the development of key competences, including through dual systems and apprenticeships. To this end, actions include continuous professional development for teachers and trainers, supporting students to develop green and digital skills, promoting soft skills.

Furthermore, objective ESO4.7, the region will support actions to promote lifelong learning, with a focus on supporting entrepreneurial and digital skills. The actions foreseen under this objective include:

  • continuous training for professionals and workers on digital and technical skills
  • learning pathways for the acquisition of professional qualifications
  •  promoting learning mobility within the region and across regions
