European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) - France (Hauts de France)

The Préfet de la région Hauts de France is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in the Hauts de France region in France. It manages the implementation of the Programme Hauts de France FEDER-FSE+- FTJ 2021-2027.

This Operational Programme has 11 priorities:

1. Financing of research and innovation
2. Creation and acceleration of companies
3. Supporting industrial, economic, and digital transitions
4. Moving towards decarbonisation in the region thanks to the third industrial revoolution in Hauts-de-France
5. Reinforcing the green transition in Haut-de-France by safeguarding biodiversity and prioritising the adaptation of the region in light of climate change
6. Improving the use of transport for travellers and trading to be more energy efficient and resilient in the face of climate change
7. Contributing to an integrated, sustainable and united approach in the development of urban and rural areas
8. Helping with the professional insertion of young unemployed people
9. Increasing in training offer and promote discovery of different careers
10. Supporting social innovation and experimentation
11. Promoting professional training in response to skills needs
