Description
The Prime Minister’s Office (Deputy State Secretariat for the Implementation of Economic Development Programmes) is one of the public authorities responsible for the implementation of ERDF in the region in Hungary. It manages the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme Plus (Gazdaságfejlesztési és Innovációs Operatív Program Plusz - GINOP Plusz) which includes 6 priority interventions: (1) Business development; (2) Research, development and innovation; (3) Sustainable labour market; (4) Youth guarantee; (5) Higher and vocational education; (6) Tourism and heritage protection.
The “Sustainable labour market” intervention includes providing support to employees, businesses, and entrepreneurs to adapt to the changing economic environment. Additionally, the OP will support increasing the labour market relevance of education and training systems through informal learning and improvement of key competencies (including digital skills), and equal access to high-quality and inclusive education and training, including supporting accessibility and learning-related mobility.
