Overview
Objectives
This action aims to foster the collaborative engagement of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) national authorities, EHEA consultative members and other stakeholders in bottom-up activities to address the gaps identified in the Bologna Process Implementation Report 2024.
Activities/actions supported
The call provides funding for two types of projects. Type 1 is transnational cooperation projects whereby support is provided to implement the work plan of the working structures such as peer groups, advisory groups and working groups. Overall, transnational cooperation project support focuses on the cooperation of national authorities and relevant stakeholders. Type 2 refers to techical and administrative support whereby professional support is provided for the BFUG and its working structures by operating the BFUG Secretariat.
Anticipated outcomes
This call is expected to make EHEA more innovative, interconnected and inclusive. It also aims to evenly implement reforms related to the Bologna process, promotion and protection of fundamental values, improve the application of EHEA tools, enhance cooperation between national authorities and other stakeholders and enhance knowledge about the EHEA among stakeholders and the public. More expected impacts can be found on page 11 of the call document.

Overview of eligibility criteria
Among the EHEA applicants must be public or private legal entities working on the implementation of the Bologna Ministerial Communiquesand the Bologna process priorities in a EU member state or third country associated to the programme which are part of the European Higher Ediucation Area.
Overview of award criteria
The award criteria are as follows:
- Relevance (max score of 30)
- Quality - project design and implementation (max score of 20)
- Quality - partnership and cooperation arrangements (max score of 20)
- Impact (max score of 30).
The minimum overall pass score is 60 out of 100.

Application procedures
To submit an application please create a user account and register your organisation for the Submission System and submit the proposal via the Funding and Tenders website, on the webpage of the call - See link here.
You will then need to submit your proposal in three parts; Part A inclues administrative information about the applicant organisations, Part B covers the description of the action and part C contains additional project data. Templates can be found in the link to the call in the section below.
