Twin transition in the manufacturing sector - A blueprint

The twin digital and green transition is a main EU priority, but there is a lack of knowledge on how they could act as complementary drivers for the traditional manufacturing industry. The EU-funded TwinRevolution project supports VET learners from the textile and furniture industries on their twin transition journey.

This report offers an overview of the current challenges faces by the textile and furniture industry, and details how circular and digital strategies can support the transformation of both sectors. The document also outlines key learning outcomes for a Twin Revolution and provides recommendations for the VET system.
