Description
This report summarises the key insights and lessons of the first review of the Greek skills anticipation and matching system. At the time of our review, Greece was facing a difficult economic situation that has led to significant economic reforms, including in its VET and labour market policies. One of these was setting up a national mechanism for labour market diagnosis. In a remarkably short time period, Greece managed to make significant progress in developing a rich and innovative labour market diagnosis tool. The national policy roadmap provides meaningful direction as to actions that could be pursued to strengthen skills anticipation capacity in Greece.
