This study investigates how seven countries (UK, Canada, Bangladesh, Guyana, Malaysia, India, and South Africa) leverage skills needs intelligence to inform migration policies. The findings from the study highlight the strategic role that skills intelligence can play in unlocking economic opportunities, empowering workers, and creating pathways for inclusive growth, which, in turn, can support migration policies that can foster integration and equity for all.
