Skills needs analysis

The construction industry holds a high potential for creating new jobs, contributing to the economic growth and providing key elements to face the current challenges in terms of climate, energy, sustainability and circular economy. The transformation of the construction industry. however, is demanding a new set of skills to be acquired by the workers, to be able to face the mentioned challenges. This paper provides an analysis of skill needs in the construction industry.
