Report on the professions and qualifications to be subject of modernisation

The Construction Blueprint project has conducted an initial comparative analysis of occupational profiles to identify the skills and competences that will need to be addressed in sectoral upskilling activities. The report presents relevant competence frameworks used across Europe and compares these profiles against the skill demands of each country in order to identify potential skills mismatches. The countries included in this report are Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain. The report gives particular attention to the energy efficiency, circular economy and digitalisation sectors.
