Report on Findings and Recommendations of Emerging Skills Needs, Trends and Demand

This report presents the findings of the AskFood project on the emerging skills needs, trends, and demands in food-related sectors. It is based on the collective findings of a forecast aggregator, a training gap identifier, and a mapping of existing training opportunities. The report covers existing practices and divers for upskilling and reskilling the sector, and provides recommendations for the training strategy of the food sector overall.
