Description

This spotlight is part of a series prepared for the Education and Innovation Practice Community (EIPC), an action of the European Union’s New European Innovation Agenda, flagship 4 on “Fostering, attracting and retaining deep tech talent”. It presents key messages and examples from policy and practice to explore the mechanisms through which higher education systems can promote the upskilling and reskilling of adult learners. It also highlights lessons from the EIPC international peer-learning workshop with Slovenia.
