METIS Skills Strategy

This report identifies the trends, challenges and opportunities related to skills in the European microelectronics industry and proposes policy recommendations. It assess the position of the industry in a global landscape and provides an in depth review of the European microelectronics workforce, disaggregated by EU country. Overall, it summarises the skills needs of the European microelectronics industry and presents a strategy to address this challenge.
