METIS Best Practices

This publication presents best practices identified by METIS research activities exploring the skills landscape in the European microelectronics industry. Each best practice presented includes information on the initiative associated with it, the main lessons learned, and the level of transferrability of the practice across regions and other areas in the value chain. Best practices have been collected across the EU and third countries, include both public and private initiatives, and address a range of examples on how skills challenges can be addressed.
