Investing in Career Guidance: The Case for Workers

Quality career development of works supports individuals, organisation, the economy and broader society by encouraging workers to continuous upskill and reskill in order to maximise their potential. This publication advocates for quality, lifelong career guidance of workers, and provides an outline of the key elements of quality career guidance services. This publication was produced by the Inter-Agency Working Group on Career Guidance, consisting of the European Commission, EU agencies ETF and Cedefop, the International Labour Organisation, OECD, and others.
