The future is in our hands: Recognising emerging skills needs in the craft sector in the EU Neighbourhood and Central Asia

The European Training Foundation (ETF) has conducted research on the evolving skills needs in the crafts and design sector, primarily in EU Neighbourhood and Central Asia countries. This policy brief reports on their findings. It is divided into sections covering the key drivers of change in the sector, the emerging skills needs, good practices, and potential opportunities. The section on good practices provides examples from five training institutions from both within and outside of the EU that are tackling the growing skills mismatch in the sector.
