Description

The underlying ambition of the European Year of Skills (EYS) is to help people get the necessary skills for quality jobs and to support companies – in particular small and medium enterprises – to address skills shortages in Europe. This brochure aims to provide insight into skills projects coordinated by EACEA and their impact on making countries in Europe and beyond more competitive and resilient. The brochure gives an overview of the types of activities the beneficiaries are implementing, to reskill and upskill workers and students in Europe and beyond – all of this to better adapt them to a continuously changing job market.
