Presenting contributions from the CareersNet expert network, this collection from the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) provides on update on the professionalisation of the career guidance workforce, with particular attention on the competences needed in the digital and wider societal context. The papers included cover topics such as active support for the unemployed, labour market management, social and emotional skills in career guidance, and many more. The papers focus on the European context more broadly, with some focusing on specific countries including Greece, Estonia, Romania, Portugal and Germany.
