Decoding European Creative Skills: Creative Skills Dictionary

This document provides an overview of the Creative Skills Dictionary project of DECS and explains the ten most important skills for creative profiles, as well as the average competency levels in each of those skills disaggregated on a range of indicators. The report also includes best practices across Europe on the use of these skills. Lastly, the publication describes the Creative Decoding Tool, which provides data live of designers' self-reflections on their competencies.
