Creative Decoding Tool

The Creative Decoding Tool provides live data on designers' self-reflection of their competencies in ten different skills important for creativity. The tool is interactive, and users can disaggregate the data by a range of indicators, including age, gender, level of education, employment status, etc., to gain insights on how competencies differ across social groups.
