Description

This joint report from the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) and the OECD presents their research on the role apprenticeships can play in the development of greener economies and societies. It highlights that apprenticeships can play a transformational role for both young people and adults; however, apprenticeships need to undergo a green transition as well. The report provides a specific chapter on the skills students and apprentices should develop for the green transition, as well as examples from specific sectors on how apprenticeships have been ‘greenified’.
