Description

The Marshal's Office of the Silesia Voivodship is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ERDF in the Wójewództwo Śląskie region in Poland. It manages the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 programme which includes 13 priority intervention areas. Those relevant for upskilling and reskilling are the following:

  • Priority (6) on European Funds for Education covers flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all, including entrepreneurial and digital skills, better anticipation of change and demand for new skills based on labour market needs, facilitating career transitions and supporting occupational mobility.
  • Priority (8) on European Funds for Infrastructure for Residents involves measures for training and lifelong learning by developing accessible infrastructure and supporting resilience in the distance and online education and training.
  • Priority (10) on European funds for the transformation involves upskilling/reskilling for the needs of the green and energy transition.
