Setting Europe on course for a human digital transition

In this report, the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) maps digital technology uses throughout Europe and the average skill levels among adult workers. Based on these findings, they explore the implications on the skills needs of Europeans and what is needed to achieve the EU’s goal for a digital transition. The report goes in depth on the pandemic’s impact on digitalization, the job, tasks and skills needs of adult workers, the most pressing skills mismatches, and digital skills training.
