Description
Regione Umbria is the public authority responsible for the ESF implementation in the Umbria region in Italy. It manages the regional ESF Operational Programme 2014-2020 for Umbria, which focuses on the following priority axes:
- Employment: financing projects to respond to the employment needs of the population.
- Social Inclusion: promoting active inclusion.
- Education and Training: improving the education and training system, increasing quality and uptake.
- Institutional capacity: supporting interventions to foster smart specialisation and investing in human capital.

Please note that this Operational Programme refers to the programming period 2014-2020, as the as the Operational Programme for 2021-2027 is not yet available.
