The European Commission organised its first Peer Learning Activity (PLA) as part of a series of events to be delivered in 2024 for Pact for Skills members to discuss key topics, share their experiences, and showcase good practices with the Pact for Skills community.

In 2023, members of the Pact continued making key steps in implementing and investing in upskilling and reskilling activities for the working age population in Europe. According to survey results, members’ concerted efforts in upskilling and reskilling have reached nearly 1.5 million individuals.

The Pact for Skills Forum took place on 21 and 22 March 2024 in Brussels, Belgium, and was livestreamed online. The event was attended by around 150 in-person participants and almost 500 online from across Europe, representing a wide range of different organisations involved in the Pact for Skills.
