Transition Pathway for the Proximity and Social Economy

This document published by the European Commission outlines a pathway for the proximity and social economy ecosystems towards the green and digital transitions. Following a co-creation process with sector stakeholders, this pathway outlines two sets of action areas for each transition in order to ensure the successful transformation of the sector. For each pathway, there is a dedicated action area on addressing the skills gap that highlights what stakeholders can and should do to prepare the workforce for this transition.
