She4Sea Compentece Framework and digital Profiling Tool

The She4Sea Competence Framework and Compendium defines the pedagogical approach and learning specifications for the training material development as well as elaborate the modular structure based on the 3 key competence areas (Leadership-Entrepreneurship-Sustainability).

The She4Sea digital Profiling Tool has a two-fold aim:

• to enable users (primarily targeting unemployed women) assess their strengths and weaknesses vis-à-vis 3 key competence areas as well as map their professional life experiences and 
• engage users (mainly unemployed women) in the She4Sea training experience.
