Description

This report aims to offer a thorough view on the skill demands in the Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) industry with regard to the starting technicians, operators and coordinators with a degree in vocational education and training classified as European Qualification Framework (EQF) levels 3-51, and who are now are active in the whole supply chain of the ORE industry. Furthermore, the report describes the current training programs and infrastructure offered by partners for upskilling and reskilling employees for jobs in the offshore industry, as well as the training gap map in the ORE sector.
