Digital Skills in Tourism Handbook

This handbook compiles findings from research on the digital skills required in tourism, the use of big data in tourism, the role of cyber-security and data protection, digital content creation, digitalisation in tourism sector's strategies, and communication strategies. It also provides guidelines for how this information could be used in a practical activity. The research that informed this handbook was conducted across five EU countries: Bulgaria, Ireland, Italy, Romania and Spain.
