Building evidence to support vocational excellence for the digital and green transitions: The role of centres of vocational excellence in the digital transition

This European Training Foundation (ETF) research paper is based on case studies of CoVEs in the China, France, Finland and Singapore. It explores how CoVEs are responding to the digital transition and what key success factors are for whole-institution changes. The main findings cover the management of the transition, digital content within educational programmes, involvement of external stakeholders, and different pedagogical approaches. The paper provides important insights in how VET providers and VET systems can be leveraged to prepare workers for the digital transition.
