Description

Spain's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NNRP) identifies four lines of action (green transition, digital transformation, social and territorial cohesion, and gender equality), covered by all proposed 'lever policies'. Spain's plan considers 10 lever policies divided into 30 components. Across its 10 lever policies, the plan devotes 39.7% of its resources to green transition and 28.2% to digital transformation. This exceeds the relevant expenditure targets set by the RRF Regulation, of 37 % and 20 % respectively. Spain designated the Secretariat-General for European Funds of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration as the Coordinator (the “Coordinator”) for the overall implementation of the NRRP.
