Kirjeldus
The Latvian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NNRP) focuses on six main areas of intervention: climate, digital transformation, lessening of inequalities, health, economic transformation and strengthening the rule of law. Under these six main directions there are two specific objectives related to skills: 1) development of digital skills and 2) development of labour force and unemployed qualifications. The Ministry of Finances is the main public authority responsible for the implementation of the NRRP.
