Just Transition Fund (JTF) - Ireland (Eastern and Midland Region)

The draft Territorial Just Transition Plan and its associated Programme proposes 3 priority areas of investment for the Fund in Ireland's Eastern and Midland Region:

1. Generating employment through diversification of the local economy;
2. Supporting the regeneration and repurposing of peatlands and related land;
3. Providing smart and sustainable mobility options to enable local communities to benefit directly from the green transition.

The Eastern and Midland Regional Assembly is the main public authority responsible for the implementation of the JTF. More information can be found here.
