Description
Regione Toscana is the public authority responsible for the ESF+ implementation in the Tuscany/Toscana region in Italy. It manages the regional ESF+ Operational Programme 2021-2027, which revolves around the following priority areas:
- Employment: improving access to employment, particularly for young people and the long term unemployed; promoting gender equality and work life balance; supporting employers and workers to adapt to changes
- Education and Training: improving access to education for all learners, including adult learners; promoting qualifications, upskilling and reskilling and anticipating the needs of the labour market
- Social Inclusion: promoting active inclusion through access to services
- Youth Employment: fostering youth employment, including through supporting young people to develop new competencies and skills
Furthermore, gender equality represents a cross cutting priority for the region.
