The Territorial and Settlement Development Operational Programme Plus is one of the national Operational Programmes for ESF+ in Hungary.

Opis

The Deputy State Secretariat for Territorial Development Programmes is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in Hungary through the Territorial and Settlement Development Operational Programme Plus (Terület- és Településfejlesztési Operatív Program Plusz - TOP Plusz).

This Operational Programme includes 5 priority interventions: 

  1. Competitive counties
  2. Climate-friendly counties
  3. Caring counties
  4. Infrastructural developments in Budapest
  5. Human developments in Budapest

It is less directly relevant for up- or reskilling, but one of the interventions focuses on investing into social cohesion in smaller rural settlements (e.g. into more places for early childhood education).
