Opis
The Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Verkehr, Arbeit, Technologie und Tourismus des Landes Schleswig-Holstein is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in the Schleswig-Holstein region in Germany and manages the Programme ESF Plus 2021 - 2027 Schleswig-Holstein.
The Operational Programme has five key goals:
- To support companies in securing future employment, skilled workers and junior staff and to increase the quality of education and further training
- To support further education participation and lifelong learning of employees against the background of growing and changing demands in working life
- Increase the labour force participation of women
- To bring groups of people who are disadvantaged in the labour market, including people with a migration background and to support their integration into employment
- Improve the educational opportunities of young people and tap into their educational potential
