Deskrizzjoni

The SBayerisches Staatsministerium für Familie, Arbeit und Soziales (StMAS) is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in the Bavaria/Bayern region in Germany and manages the implementation of the Programme ESF Plus 2021 - 2027 Bavaria. The Operational Programme has four central priorities:

  1. securing the next generation of skilled workers to counteract demographic change
  2. activating the additional employment potential of the (long-term) unemployed and increasing the number of women in the workforce
  3. support educational efforts and create the right framework conditions
  4. improve entrepreneurship and innovativeness of (new) companies and their workforces
