Description
The Ministerium für Soziales, Gesundheit und Integration Baden-Württemberg is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in the Baden- Württemberg region in Germany and manages the implementation of the Programme ESF Plus 2021 - 2027 Baden-Wuttemberg. The Operational Programme has three central priorities:
- Improving access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, in particular for young people, especially through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee, for the long-term unemployed and groups disadvantaged in the labour market, and the inactive, as well as by promoting self-employment and the social economy
- Promotion of lifelong learning, in particular of flexible opportunities for further education and retraining for all, taking into account entrepreneuerial and digital skills
- Promoting active inclusion with a view to improving equality of opportunity, non-discrimination and active participation and increasing employability, especially of disadvantaged groups
