European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) - France

The General delegation for employment and professional training is one of the public authorities responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in France. It manages the implementation of the National ESF+ programme Employment -Inclusion - Youth - Skills  (Programme national FSE+ "Emploi, Inclusion, Jeunesse et Compétences" 2021/2027).

The national Operational Programme for France has four main strategic areas of intervention:

1. Profession and social inclusion
2. Professional insertion of young people and support for educational success
3. Skills, economic change, information systems
4. Promotion of an inclusive labour market and an adapted work environment
5. Food and material assistance for the most deprived
6. Social innovation and innovative spin-offs
7. Respond to specific challenges in the outer-most regions
