European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) - France (Normandy/Normandie)

The Préfet de la région Normandie is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in the Normandy/Normandie region in France. It manages the implementation of the Norman Programme for ERDF, ESF+ and JTF 2021-2027 (Programme normand FEDER-FSE+ et FTJ 2021-2027).

This Operational Programme aims to:

1. improve the efficiency of education and training systems
2. Ensure a sgnificant number of young people in intial training
3. Increase the number of vulnerable groups getting training /qualifications adapted to their needs that will lead to employment
