European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) - France (New Aquitaine/Nouvelle Aquitaine)

The Préfet de la région Nouvelle-Aquitaine is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in New Aquitaine/Nouvelle Aquitaine through the Programme Nouvelle-Aquitaine ERDF-ESF+ 2021-2027 .

This Operational Programme aims to use ESF+ funding to:

1. Prioritise the professional evolution of the population with more access to information, more professional mobility, and more security in their career paths
2. Promote and secure lifelong learning with better access to training and employment, and better prepare people for changing modalities of training (e.g. digital and greening of content)
3. Reinforce the link between employment and training and better identify skills needs and demands
4. Support the creation and maintaining of employment and activities of companies in the social economy
