European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) - France (Grand Est)

The Préfet de la région Grand Est is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in the Grand Est region in France. It manages the implementation of the priorities under the Programme national FSE+ "Emploi, Inclusion, Jeunesse et Compétences" 2021/2027.

This Operational Programme has three key prioirties:

1. Prioritising the social and professional insertion of the people furthest away from employment
2. Prioiritising the employability of young people
3. Reinforcing the skills of the population to improve adaption to changing labour market
