European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) - France (Corsica/Corse)

La Cullettività di Corsica is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ESF+ in the Corsica/Corse region in France. It manages the implementation of the Operational Programme ERDF-ESF+ Corsica 2021-2027 (Programme Opérationnel FEDER FSE+ Corsica 2021-2027).

This Operational Programme prioritises:

1. Structuring R&I development in Corsica to increase competition
2. Increasing digitisation by developing communications and information distribution through digital tools in to increase social cohesion and economic attractiveness
3. Increase competition of companies and open them up internationally
4. Accompanying the energy transition of the region towards a society less dependent on carbon
5. Safeguarding and peserving the environmental and cultural aspects of Corsica from the effects of climate change
6. Reinforcing social cohesion to help the most vulnerable
7. Investing in the training of vulnerable groups and the less qualified to improve their access to employment
