Opis
The Ministry of European Investments and Projects is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ERDF in Romania. It manages the Competitiveness Operational Programme (Programul Operațional Competitivitate) which supports investments that respond to the needs and challenges related to the low level of economic competitiveness, in research, development and innovation (CDI) and in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and supports SMEs in order to overcome the crisis generated by COVID-19, and address its social consequences and for the preparation of a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy. These horizontal interventions in the economy and society are expected to generate growth and sustainability and aim to develop the competitiveness of the Romanian economy.
