Description
Regione Piemonte is the public authority responsible for the ERDF implementation in the Piemonte region in Italy. It manages the regional ERDF Operational Programme 2021-2027, which includes the following priorities:
- Research and innovation, competitiveness and digital transition: supporting research and innovation; supporting companies and citizens to access the benefits of digitalisation; supportive sustainable growth and competitiveness; promoting smart specialisation
- Ecological transition and resilience: promoting energy efficiency and renewable energy; promoting adaptability to climate changes; supporting the transition towards circular economy
- Sustainable urban mobility: promoting sustainable urban mobility to achieve a zero CO2 emissions economy
- Infrastructure for skills development: increasing the accessibility of education and training, including through the promotion of online learning
- Cohesion and territorial development: promoting the social, economic, environmental development of the territory
