Description

The Southern & Eastern Regional Assembly is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ERDF in the Southern & Eastern Region region in Ireland and manages the Southern & Eastern Regional Operational Programme. The programme aims to complement wider investment programmes in targeted high growth and innovative sectors to support the creation of new quality jobs, boost innovation, increase licenses granted, as well as helping to grow the local economies in the Southern & Eastern region of Ireland. The funding priorities are: 1. Research excellence and innovation capacity; 2. Information and communication technologies; 3. SME competitiveness; 4. Shifting towards a low-carbon economy; and 5. Urban development.

Please note that this Operational Programme refers to the programming period 2014-2020, as the as the Operational Programme for 2021-2027 is not yet available.
