Description
The Prime Minister’s Office (Deputy State Secretariat for Territorial Development Programmes) is one of the public authorities responsible for the implementation of ERDF in the region in Hungary. It manages the Territorial and Settlement Development Operational Programme Plus (Terület- és Településfejlesztési Operatív Program Plusz - TOP Plusz) which includes 5 priority interventions: (1) Competitive counties; (2) Climate-friendly counties; (3) Caring counties; (4) Infrastructural developments in Budapest; (5) Human developments in Budapest. It is less directly relevant for up- or reskilling, but one of the interventions focuses on investing into social cohesion in smaller rural settlements (e.g. into more places for early childhood education).
