Description

The Staatskanzlei Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (State Chancellery of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) is the public authority responsible for the implementation of ERDF in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania region in Germany and manages the Programme ERDF 2021-2027 Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. 

The programme focuses on the following priorities in line wiht the new strategic approach and the  policy objectives of Cohesion Policy: 1) a more competitive and smarter Europe by promoting innovative and smart economic transformation and regional ICT connectivit (policy bjective 1); 2) a greener, low-carbon transitioning towards a net zero carbon economy and resilient Europe by promoting clean and fair energy transition, green and blue investment, the circular economy, climate change mitigation and adaptation, risk prevention and management, and sustainable urban mobility (policy objective 2); 3) Europe closer to citizens by fostering the sustainable and integrated development of all types of territories and local initiatives (policy objective 5).
