Description

The Région Hauts-de-France is the public authority responsible for the ERDF implementation in the Hauts de France region in France and manages the Programme Hauts de France ERDF-ESF+-JTF 2021-2027.

This Operational Programme has 11 priorities: (1) Financing of research and innovation; (2) Creation and acceleration of companies; (3) Support industrial, economic, and digital transitions; (4) Move towards decarbonisation in the region thanks to the third industrial revolution in Hauts-de-France; (5) Reinforce the green transition in Haut-de-France by safeguarding biodiversity and prioritising the adaptation of the region in light of climate change; (6) Improve the use of transport for travellers and trading to be more energy efficient and resilient in the face of climate change; (7) Contribute to an integrated, sustainable and united approach in the development of urban and rural areas; (8) Help with the professional insertion of young unemployed people; (9) Increase in training offer and promote discovery of different careers; (10) Social innovation and experimentation; (11) Professional training in response to skills needs.
